Please keep in mind that we operate best with clients who are able to pre book their future appointments in advance. Our schedule operates at full capacity most of the time. This means we may not be a good fit for anyone who needs flexibility to reschedule often.

Clients who are not able to book in advance may have difficulty staying in our rotation due to limited availability. Appointments are first come first serve unless reserved in advance.

. We must see your dog for maintenance grooming every 8 weeks or less. Clients come every 4,6, or 8 weeks depending on the style their dog is in or their skin care needs. We charge an additional fee when dogs are past the 8 weeks mark.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday

9am to 2pm. We are unable to service clients outside these hours.
